You must be 18 or older and able to lawfully use investment-related tools in India. You are responsible for activity under your signed-in account and for the accuracy of details you submit (including demat, PAN, and UPI).

IPO Buzz provides informational tools about IPOs and market data. GMP and other third-party figures are unofficial and indicative only. Nothing in IPO Buzz is investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell securities. IPO Buzz is not a stock broker and is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

Applying for IPOs is subject to exchange, registrar, bank, and apply partner processes. IPO Buzz does not control allotment outcomes, payment mandates, or exchange systems. You must provide accurate demat, PAN, UPI, and related details. Full apply flows are completed in the IPO Buzz mobile app where available.

You may sign in with Google, or on iPhone/iPad with Apple, to sync applications, demat, and allotment data. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) or on the Account Deletion page. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use IPO Buzz in violation of applicable law.

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. IPO Buzz acts as Data Fiduciary; vendors that process data for us act as Data Processors. You may exercise access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal (where applicable), and grievance rights as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Data such as GMP, subscription, and listing figures may be delayed or incomplete. To the extent permitted by law, IPO Buzz is not liable for losses arising from use of the information or from third-party systems (exchanges, registrars, banks).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
