Delete your IPO Buzz account

Last updated: 2 September 2026

You can permanently delete your IPO Buzz account and the personal data we store for it. This page works without installing the app (Google Play and App Store requirement). Deletion is typically completed immediately, and at most within 30 days. It cannot be undone.

Request deletion

Sign in with the Google account used in IPO Buzz, then confirm you want this account permanently deleted.

Checking session…

1. How to delete your account

On this website (no app needed): sign in above with the same Google account you use in IPO Buzz, tick the confirmation, then tap Delete account.

In the mobile app (Android or iOS): open Profile → Delete account (or Profile → Data deletion), read what will be removed, and confirm.

2. What personal data is deleted

When deletion completes we remove the following from IPO Buzz systems:

  • Your IPO Buzz sign-in (Google / Firebase identity for this app)
  • Name, email, and mobile number stored on your profile
  • Demat / apply details (applicant name, PAN, DP or beneficiary ID, UPI)
  • Family members and allotment-check PANs you saved
  • Application history and order-book records stored by IPO Buzz
  • Device push tokens used for notifications

3. What may be retained

We cannot delete records held only by third parties. IPO applications already submitted to exchanges, registrars, banks, or apply partners remain with those systems. We may keep limited data if required by law (for example fraud, dispute, or tax/compliance) for the period the law requires, then delete or anonymize it. Brief technical logs may exist until they rotate.

4. How long deletion takes

Account deletion is typically completed immediately after you confirm. If a step is delayed (for example a processor outage), we complete deletion within 30 days. You will be signed out when it succeeds.

5. After deletion

Previous demat, history, and allotment data will not come back. You may create a new account later by signing in with Google again; it starts empty.
