Company & documents
TNA Solutions Limited is engaged in the manufacturing of value-added home textile and home furnishing products for domestic and international customers. Its product portfolio includes sheet sets, pillow covers, towels, comforters, quilts, dohars and mattress protectors.
The Company primarily operates a B2B manufacturing model, supplying products to global retailers, importers and domestic brands. It also has a B2C presence under its “Ambra Linens” brand through e-commerce marketplaces, wholesalers and retailers.
TNA procures greige and processed fabrics and undertakes cutting, stitching, embroidery, finishing, quality control, packaging and dispatch at its manufacturing facility in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The facility spans approximately 56,000 sq. ft. and is supported by an in-house ERP system.
The Company has an export-oriented business, with exports contributing 52.03% of revenue from operations in Fiscal 2026. It also plans to establish a new manufacturing unit in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, increasing its installed capacity from 52.23 lakh metres to 87.63 lakh metres per annum.
As of July 31, 2026, the Company had 193 employees on payroll and 66 contractual employees, with its workforce primarily engaged in production and planning, quality assurance, warehouse and stores, and other operational and support functions.
