Company & documents

Eventions Limited is engaged in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) and event management segment, providing planning, coordination and execution services for corporate events, conferences and related programs. The Company primarily serves corporate and institutional clients, covering venue coordination, travel and accommodation, logistics and on-site execution.

The Company offers MICE services, corporate events, incentive travel, virtual events, FIT services and brand and marketing activations, while also supporting other event management companies on large-scale and multi-location assignments.

Eventions follows an asset-light model, coordinating with hospitality, destination management, logistics and event production partners across India and international destinations including Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

During FY2026, FY2025 and FY2024, the Company executed 107 events with billing above ₹50 lakh and served more than 50 corporate clients across sectors including banking, insurance, FMCG and event management. Its MICE segment contributed 91.29%, 91.77% and 87.39% of revenue, respectively.

Its subsidiary, Gantu Online Private Limited, focuses on B2C customised travel and FIT services. As of March 31, 2026, the Company had 35 employees.
