Company & documents

Apana Logistics Limited provides logistics support for container handling and transportation, including container handling, road transportation, cargo handling, and truck-trailer operations & maintenance.

The Company serves leading CFS, ICD and port operators in India, providing cost- and time-effective logistics solutions.

As of August 31, 2025, Apana Logistics owned and maintained a fleet of 33 truck-trailers and 5 reach stackers. The Company also operates through third-party assets to supplement its logistics capacity.

Apana Logistics catered to more than 10 customers in FY2025, with strong and long-standing relationships. Two of its top five customers have been associated with the Company for more than 10 years.

As of August 31, 2025, the Company had 85 permanent employees across management, skilled, semi-skilled and other functions supporting its logistics operations.
